Kate Krizka is a transformational guide and intuitive muse who specializes in helping both wellness practitioners and women on the precipice of change step into their fullest potential. With over 15 years of experience in the personal development field, Kate brings a powerful blend of intuitive wisdom, embodied presence, and practical expertise to her work.
At the core of Kate's approach is her unique "dual transformation engine" - the understanding that meaningful change begins with inner alignment that naturally flows outward into practical action. As a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), Kate creates sacred containers where inner wisdom can emerge and be channeled into tangible expressions in the world.
